A new watering hole with a nanobrewery and ample space for guests, is set to revitalize the Phoenix Shopping Centre in Spearwood.
The Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel approved the plans on September 28.
The tavern will occupy the upper car park deck and include a restaurant space with 380 seats and a 278sqm outdoor area.
The Trust Company, the applicants, aim to create a 6005m² development that will bring vibrancy to Spearwood.
The $3.28 million tavern will be located on the upper level of the car park. It is situated near the City of Cockburn’s council building and the Spearwood public library, about 2km north of the Duck Inn Bar & Bistro.
